Applications are now open for the International Leadership Program (ILP) Italy 2026, a global leadership experience taking place in Rome, Italy, from 19–22 December 2026. Organized by the Voice for Rights International Association (VFRI), the program brings together young leaders, students, professionals, and changemakers from more than 30 countries. Both fully funded and partially funded participation categories are available, and there is no IELTS requirement — making it accessible to applicants from every country.
About the ILP Italy 2026
Over four days in Rome, participants take part in leadership training sessions, interactive workshops, and cultural exchange activities alongside an international cohort. The program is designed to sharpen practical leadership skills, deepen understanding of diplomacy and human rights, and build a genuine global network — all in one of Europe’s most iconic capitals.
