✓Background in human rights, law, public policy, international relations, or a related field.
✓Strong research skills, writing ability, and analytical thinking.

✓Able to work independently and maintain reliable remote communication.
✓Knowledge of statelessness, citizenship rights, or legal identity systems is a plus (not required).
✓Experience in research, human rights initiatives, or civil society is advantageous but not mandatory.
